Warranty

JEBCO LLC stands behind its Broadhead Buddy™. We provide a one (1)‑year Manufacturing Defect Warranty from the date of purchase to the original customer. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. While we strive to offer exceptional service, our warranty is limited, and we are not liable for consequential or incidental damages.

If your Broadhead Buddy™ fails due to a manufacturing defect, JEBCO LLC will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected part or product at no charge. Warranty claims are not eligible for refunds unless expressly approved by JEBCO LLC.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, abuse, accidents, or lack of upkeep. Cosmetic marks—such as scratches or worn logo printing—are not considered defects.

The aluminum components of the Broadhead Buddy™ will naturally wear over time; cleats may dull or flatten and knob threads may show wear. This normal wear is expected and not covered under warranty.

If the cleats no longer grip securely or the knob’s threads wear to the point of reduced function within one year of purchase, you may submit a warranty claim, and we’ll make it right. The Broadhead Buddy™ is built for long, reliable use, so most customers experience well over a year of performance before any wear becomes noticeable.

Upkeep

To maximize the life and performance of your Broadhead Buddy™, apply a thin layer of metal‑free anti‑seize lubricant to the threaded section of the bolt where the knob travels. Full coverage isn’t necessary—just enough to prevent galling between the aluminum knob and stainless‑steel bolt.

Periodically apply a small amount of multi‑purpose oil to the bearing washer to maintain smooth, reliable operation.

To initiate a warranty claim, email us with a description of the defect, photos of the issue, and your proof of purchase. Our team will review your submission and determine the appropriate remedy.
