Warranty Claim

If you suspect your Broadhead Buddy™ has a manufacturing defect, please email us with the following to begin a warranty claim:

A brief description of the issue
Photos showing the defect
Your proof of purchase

Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Broadhead Buddy.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Original shipping charges are non refundable except as noted in the Shipping section below.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Before sending anything back, please contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and our shipping address. The RMA must be clearly marked on the outside of your return package along with your return address.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Refunds are issued only for products purchased directly from Broadhead Buddy.com. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment, minus a 10% restocking fee. Refund timing may vary depending on your card issuer.

As a very small business, this fee helps offset the costs associated with processing returns so we can continue offering fair prices and good value.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.
If a returned item does not qualify for a refund, we will notify you. The item will be returned only after the required return shipping and handling cost has been paid.
If a product is being returned due to a verified warranty defect or an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return label. If a warranty claim is approved and a replacement is issued, we will also cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you.
Original shipping costs are refunded only when the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect or incomplete shipment.

Unclaimed or Abandoned Returns

Items not claimed within 30 days of denial notification will be considered abandoned and will not be stored or returned.
